Our one day workshop is designed to introduce you to the different aspects of training available for both the inner and outer.
We will begin with focusing on the INNER; understanding the basic principles and benefits of meditation and breath work. Pam will lead all participants through Kriya 1, followed by a deep guided meditation. You will then work on a practical exercise focused on 'desires and visualisation', where you will be asked to develop mind maps orientated around your desires. Once completed you will be supported in visualising and manifesting these desires.
We then move on to the OUTER; Falling in love with ourselves and creating more self confidence. Angie will introduce Mirror Work - the key component in this process, along with the 'power of our words through affirmations' that can catalyse you into a positive loving mindset.
As Individuals our needs for support and training vary so we have created modules for both the Inner & Outer which you can select to customise your own bespoke program.
A full day programme should consist of 3 modules per area, 6 in total. You can invite others to participate on this bespoke program, if say, there are a group of you that have identified similar needs from our day workshop.
With so much to share, we encourage participants truly wishing to transform how they feel about themselves to join one of our retreats where they are able to commit to the full deep practises within an environment that will offer a sacred space, support, demonstrations and hands on guidance.
Each day will begin with a breath work practise; Kriya 1, encouraging participants to truly master and incorporate this practices into their daily routine, illuminating the benefits to mind, body and soul. Pam will then introduce Kriya 2 & 3, the more advanced breath work, along with high vibrational movements and postures within the flow yoga sessions.
The afternoon's will be spent exploring the principles of inner beauty. As with the day workshop, participants will be steered through mirror work and visualisations, expanding further on how to curate the participants individual techniques. Angie will share on the importance of skincare; how to improve the regeneration of skin, which products to use and how to use them, face massaging and structuring and incorporating their own skin routine.
Angie will also host masterclasses for makeup demonstrating routines for those ladies on the go, or those participants wanting to enhances their features without aesthetics and for those big night outs where you want to look glamourous. There will also be a Hair Styling Masterclass where participants learn the benefits of treatments, how to prevent hair loss / damage through styling and will end with teaching some basic easy hairstyles that reduce strain on the hair and encourages growth.
This retreat's methodology is that as we rise we bring peace and calmness to the mind, then nourishment to the body before we move onto afternoons full of nuturing, loving teachings that brings compassion and self love, as well as self acceptance.
It will be a journey with highs and lows and one which we guarantee will leave feeling peaceful, inspired, reconnected and committed to living your true authentic life. Pam is also available for chakra healing and life coaching for those participants requiring additional support within this transformation journey, as it is inevitable that these practises will trigger buried emotions bursting to break free.

1. I have never meditated or done any spritiual practise, is this training still suitable?
Yes, more than ever!! Meditation is a sacred practise of 'no mind' and it takes a long time to become a true meditator. Pam has been teaching clients of all ages and levels of their practise and her indepth experience allows her to support those who are discovering the benefits of mindfulness.
2. I don't have the time in my day, how will I incorporate this into my life?
We appreciate how precious time is to you and our course is designed to provide you with both the knowledge and skills to do the practises as and when possible within your day. Ideally this would be in the morning, however for example, you can meditate on the train / bus if you understood the core principles.
It is our mission to assist you to incorporate these tools into your daily life without too much impact on your daily schedule.
3. I don't like mirror work, do I have to do it?
We are here to guide you and not force you to do anything you feel uncomfortable with, however we do highly suggest that anyone considering the retreat participate in the day workshop to ascertain if you are really ready to embark on this journey. Each practice is significant to truly achieving liberation from our limited beliefs and lack of self love / awareness
